Return & Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or return under the conditions below:
Eligibility & Timeframe
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, damaged, or missing tags.
Return/Exchange Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, you must send the product back to our company address (provided upon request).
- Once the returned item is received and passes quality checks, we will issue a store credit or process an exchange.
Charges
- A return/exchange fee of ₹50–₹200 will be charged depending on your pin code and number of items.
Store Credit Policy
- Refunds are not provided.
- Instead, a store credit equal to the purchase amount will be issued, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- This store credit can be used to shop on our website.
Important Conditions
- Once an exchanged item is delivered, no further exchange or refund will be applicable on that order.
- If returned items are in poor condition or missing original tags/packaging, we reserve the right to deny the return/exchange.
Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
- Any claims related to damaged, lost, or incomplete deliveries must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

- Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
