Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, damaged, or missing tags.

Return/Exchange Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, you must send the product back to our company address (provided upon request).
  • Once the returned item is received and passes quality checks, we will issue a store credit or process an exchange.

Charges

  • A return/exchange fee of ₹50–₹200 will be charged depending on your pin code and number of items.

Store Credit Policy

  • Refunds are not provided.
  • Instead, a store credit equal to the purchase amount will be issued, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • This store credit can be used to shop on our website.

Important Conditions

  • Once an exchanged item is delivered, no further exchange or refund will be applicable on that order.
  • If returned items are in poor condition or missing original tags/packaging, we reserve the right to deny the return/exchange.

Damaged or Incomplete Shipments

  • Any claims related to damaged, lost, or incomplete deliveries must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
